Team facilitation Career Coaching Shiatsu
I’ve learned that our personal and professional challenges are our true guides.
Challenges like self-doubt and the mental exhaustion we can experience, or that our loved ones or colleagues may go through, for personal and/or professional reasons.
And, in the depths of those aches and doubts, there is a little voice, an inspired brainwave, to go a truer way. And follow what gives us the goosebumps, those tiny joys of aliveness.
By listening to our true nature and daring greatly and gently, we can become more assertive, implement healthier boundaries and become calmer under pressure.
And make life-changing turns.
This is how I stretched myself from being a teacher for a leading university into being a career coach, team facilitator, and shiatsu practitioner.
It is how my resilience has grown.
It is how I can keep grounded by my family’s side.
I hope to help you tap into your joie de vivre while you navigate life too.
Steady growth requires gentle daring...
Dare to listen to your little voice.
Dare to listen to the knots in your stomach.
Dare to look into the mirror and get help to be aware of the blind spots. And don’t be afraid.
They are your keys and they will change your life.
A few things that make me sparkle...
Dancing in the kitchen, it is total freedom…
Improvising on the piano…
My morning walks, running in the woods, cycling with my family…
Picking apples from our garden…
Going on a city-trip adventure with soul-mates or my family
Live concerts…
Podcasts and books that make me think and laugh…
My man and our boy…. when he’s behaving (our son)
